Lend Lease, Impleo and lookred™ solutions have come together to create the Lend Lease Learning Space. This space will provide a stimulating context for discussion about how this type of environment could support new and compelling ways of learning in the future.
Global Innovation Forum
Chris Poole, and his company lookred™ solutions, are involved in the development of this programme on behalf of the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) in the US www.ccsso.org.
The key objective of the Global Innovation Forum is to stimulate a step change in practice. It is a pathfinder programme to re-think learning and create personalized and compelling learning experiences within re-designed physical spaces. It is unlikely that an incremental approach to the challenges we face will work.
The CCSSO want to facilitate a programme, involving around 9 US states initially, as a pathfinder to inform wider developments. They want to bring together other like-minded "education authorities" around the world who believe now is the time for bold and imaginative approaches to the education reform agenda.
